I don’t know what time we went to bed, it must have been very late because we didn’t wake up until noon, haha! I made us huge breakfast burritos, which were pretty good if I must say so myself. The guy at the third winery mentioned a San Francisco show that we should see called Beach Blanket Babylon. Apparently it’s been around for over 30 years. We were able to get seats for the 5pm showing that day, so we headed into the city. The show was a cabaret-style musical of sorts. It was enjoyable, since I like going to most live musical performances. All the humor was political, so a lot of it went over my head. But there were a couple of women who had amazing voices so that made it worthwhile for me. For the price and the relatively short duration of the show though, I think it would be nice if they served complimentary snacks and drinks. It’d go nice with the cabaret theme.
After the show, we were still full from breakfast, so we took a night walking tour of the city by ourselves. Wow, the hills are hard to climb! Seriously, no one needs a gym membership in San Francisco - just walk up the hills! Finally, after we’d been walking for over two hours, we started getting hungry and decided to eat American style food at a restaurant called Daily Grill. The food was not bad, but not the best I’ve had, although the portions are HUGE. I guess that’s part of what makes it ‘American-style’ huh? We put our wine tasting skills to good use and swirled our wine with expertise, hahaha! We laughed when our plates came with ‘bouquets’ of broccoli. Needless to say, we did not eat our vegetables.

Not sure if you can see how steep the hill is from this picture
Dum-dum-da-dum, dum-dum-da-dum ... yes I am an embarrassment to society
Jolly is so cute!
